MCP Integration Service

Already have a dashboard or system? We bolt on AI/MCP connectivity in weeks — no rebuild, fixed-scope integration, sandbox-tested before going live.

If you already have a dashboard, CRM, or internal tool — and someone else built it, or it's been running for years — MCP Integration Service is the fastest path to connecting it to AI. We don't touch your codebase or ask you to rebuild anything: we scope your entities and actions, build a hosted adapter against your existing REST or GraphQL API, and hand your team a working AI connection through Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini.

How an integration runs:
  • Discovery call — we identify your stack, auth model, and the 3–5 entities (leads, orders, tickets, listings) you actually want AI to touch.
  • Scoping & proposal — a fixed-fee or time-boxed quote, split into "standard" entities (fast, template-based) and "custom" ones that need bespoke adapter logic.
  • Sandbox setup — the adapter connects to your staging environment first; production access comes later, once it's tested.
  • Adapter development & guardrails — read-only vs. read-write scoping, confirmation on destructive actions, and audit logging are configured before go-live, not after.

This is deliberately a bolt-on, not a platform migration — your system keeps running exactly as it is. What changes is that your team can now ask it questions and hand it routine tasks in plain language, through whichever AI assistant they already use.

What's Included

  • Works with your current stack — REST or GraphQL API, whatever auth model you already have
  • Fixed-fee or time-boxed scoping — a clear proposal before any integration work starts
  • Sandbox/staging integration first — no production access until it's been tested
  • AI-shadow roles mapped 1:1 to your existing RBAC, or a purpose-built permission matrix if you don't have roles yet
  • Guardrails configured from day one: read-only vs. read-write scoping, confirm-before-write, full audit logging
  • Typical 2–4 week turnaround for standard dashboards, with ongoing support for new entity/action requests after go-live

How We Work

  1. 1

    Discovery call

We identify your dashboard/system, its tech stack, auth model, and hosting, plus the top entities and actions you want AI to access.

  2. 2

    Scoping & proposal

A fixed-fee or time-boxed quote splits your requested entities into standard (template-based) and custom (bespoke adapter logic).

  3. 3

    Sandbox setup

We configure the entity/field mapping and connect the adapter to a staging environment — no production access yet.

  4. 4

    Adapter development & testing

Custom entity/business logic is built, guardrails are configured, and your team tests real queries against staging before anything goes live.

  5. 5

    Go-live & support

We cut over to production credentials, hand over the audit dashboard, and take new entity/action requests as scoped add-ons afterward.

FAQ

Yes — this service is specifically for systems we didn't build. We integrate through your existing REST or GraphQL API without needing access to, or changes to, your underlying codebase.

Around 2–4 weeks for a standard REST or GraphQL dashboard. Legacy systems with non-standard auth or on-prem hosting can take longer — we scope this during the discovery call.

A fixed-fee or time-boxed implementation quote for the integration work, plus an ongoing monthly license/hosting fee for the connected MCP endpoint.

No. We build and test the adapter against a staging/sandbox environment first, and only cut over to production credentials once you've approved it at go-live.

New entity or action requests are handled as scoped add-ons under your existing license — you don't need a new integration project each time.
