This policy explains what information we collect from visitors and leads on fallrise.in, how we use it — including for advertising on LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads — and the choices you have. By using this website, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

• Contact / lead form: name, email or phone number, the type of service you're interested in, project brief, and timeline, submitted through our contact form.
• Call bookings: your name, email, and any details you provide when scheduling a call through our Google Calendar booking link.
• Direct communication: anything you send us by email or messaging platforms such as WhatsApp.

Information collected automatically

• Device and usage data — pages visited, referring URL, browser and device type, and approximate location — collected through Vercel Analytics, Vercel Speed Insights, and Google Analytics.
• Advertising identifiers and interaction data collected via cookies and pixels from Google Ads and the LinkedIn Insight Tag, described in Section 4 below.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to inquiries and provide quotes for our services
• To schedule and manage calls and consultations
• To deliver, maintain, and improve the projects and services we're engaged to build
• To measure and improve our website and marketing performance
• To run and measure advertising campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, including conversion tracking and retargeting (see Section 4)

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use lead or contact-form data collected for a project to send unrelated marketing without your consent.

4. LinkedIn Ads & Google Ads

We advertise our services on LinkedIn and Google. Both platforms use cookies, pixels, or tags placed on this website to measure ad performance and show relevant ads. This is separate from any personal details you type into our contact form — it's based on browser/device signals, not your name or email.

LinkedIn Ads (LinkedIn Insight Tag)

We use the LinkedIn Insight Tag to understand how visitors from LinkedIn Ads use our site, measure conversions (e.g. form submissions), and build retargeting audiences for future LinkedIn campaigns. LinkedIn may collect data such as your IP address, browser and device information, and pages visited, and may associate this with your LinkedIn account if you're logged in. Fall Rise does not receive individually identifiable profile data from LinkedIn through this tag — only aggregated, anonymized reporting.

Google Ads & Google Analytics

We use Google Ads conversion tracking and Google Analytics (gtag.js) to measure which campaigns and pages lead to inquiries, and to run remarketing campaigns to past visitors. Google may collect similar data — IP address, device information, and on-site activity — via cookies.

These advertising tags only load on production visits to our live site (not previews or local development), and only collect data while you're browsing fallrise.in.

5. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies (pixels, local storage) for essential site functionality, analytics (Vercel Analytics, Google Analytics), and advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn Insight Tag). We share data only with service providers who help us run this website and our advertising, under their own privacy and security terms:

• Vercel (hosting, Vercel Analytics, Speed Insights)
• Email and communication tools we use to respond to your inquiry

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

7. Data Retention

We retain contact-form and lead information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, deliver a project you engage us for, and meet legal or accounting requirements — after which it is deleted or anonymized. Analytics and advertising data is retained according to each provider's own retention settings (Google Analytics, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Insight Tag each apply their own limits, typically between 6 and 26 months).

You can:

• Ask us what personal information we hold about you, or request that it be corrected or deleted, by emailing contact@fallrise.in
• Opt out of LinkedIn and Google ad personalization using the links in Section 4
• Block or clear cookies at any time through your browser settings

We'll respond to verified requests within a reasonable time.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures — including HTTPS encryption and access-controlled hosting on Vercel — to protect the information you share with us. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

10. International Data Transfers

Fall Rise Infotech is based in Surat, Gujarat, India. Our service providers (Google, LinkedIn, Vercel) may process and store data on servers located outside your country, including in the United States, under their respective compliance frameworks.

11. Children's Privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses and individuals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our services, tools, or legal obligations change. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
