A hospitality franchise platform — HQ portal, guest direct-booking website, guest app, and staff app — so brand portfolio, rates, bookings, and room turnover stay aligned from franchisor HQ to the front desk.

The Problem We Solved
Hotel franchise groups often run brand HQ, property PMS tools, OTA listings, and housekeeping chats as separate systems. Rates drift by channel, direct bookings never land cleanly in ops, guests juggle confirmation emails instead of a reservation card, and room turnover status lives in a group chat. Stavera needed one platform shaped around how a franchise actually operates — portfolio control in HQ, direct booking for guests on web and mobile, and a staff app for cleaning and turnover — with every booking the same record everywhere.
The Complexity — One Portfolio, Four Surfaces, Shared Bookings
An HQ admin changing ADR, a guest booking on the website, another guest confirming on mobile, and a housekeeper marking a room done are the same property and stay lifecycle across a permission-aware ops portal and three client surfaces. Bookings must move confirmed → checked in → checked out (or cancelled); room types and rates have to stay honest; roles (HQ Admin, Regional Manager, Property Manager, Franchisor Finance) only see their scope; and guest-channel stays have to appear in HQ without re-entry.
- Shared properties, regions, room types, rates, and booking state across HQ, guest site, guest app, and staff app
- Role- and region/property-scoped access with a permission matrix and alert preferences
- Direct-booking flows that create the same HQ reservation guests see on My trips / Stays
- Housekeeping task lifecycle with before/after photo proof tied to property rooms
The Solution — HQ, Guest Channels, and Staff on One Booking Model
We built Stavera around a Next.js Hospitality HQ that also serves the shared properties and bookings API, a Next.js guest website for OTA-free discovery and booking, and two Flutter apps — guest and staff. HQ covers portfolio KPIs, brand catalog, bookings, rooms & rates, guests, franchise insights (leaderboard, pricing simulator, royalty calculator, reports), white-label theme, and access settings. Guests explore, book in three steps, and manage trips; the guest app adds a QR reservation card, concierge chat, and stay notifications. Staff work a cleaning and turnover queue with a status stepper and camera capture.
Feature Showcase

01 — Hospitality HQ
Run the franchise portfolio from one ops portal.
Web portal for franchisor and property teams: dashboard KPIs, multi-property catalog, bookings with advance check-in/out, rooms & rates, guest profiles, franchise insights, white-label theme, and role-based access — plus the shared API guest and staff clients call.
- Dashboard — revenue MTD, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, heatmap, live bookings, revenue by region
- Brand portfolio, bookings, rooms & rates — catalog, stay lifecycle, vacancy grid, room-type ADR
- Guests & franchise insights — stay history, leaderboard, pricing simulator, royalty calculator, reports
- White-label theme & access — brand presets, accent, typography, roles, scope, alert preferences

02 — Guest Website
Book direct. Skip the OTA markup.
Public direct-booking site: search by destination, region, dates, and guests; property detail with amenities and room rates; a three-step booking flow; and My trips for upcoming and past stays — each confirmation created in HQ.
- Discovery — home search, region filters, sort by price or rating, book-direct savings messaging
- Property detail — amenities, room-type rates, path into booking
- Booking — room & dates → guest details → payment, then confirmation in HQ
- My trips — upcoming and past stays with confirmation numbers

03 — Guest App
Explore, book, stay card, and concierge on the phone.
Flutter app for travelers: account and OTP auth, Explore with destination and region filters, room selection and guest details, confirmation with amount, QR reservation card for check-in, Stays tabs, concierge chat, and booking/check-in/checkout notifications.
- Explore & book — property list and detail, room types, guest details, HQ reservation
- Reservation card — confirmation, dates, guests, QR for express check-in
- Stays — upcoming and past with access to each card
- Concierge & notifications — in-app chat for stay questions; confirm and reminder pushes

04 — Staff App
Cleaning and turnover, pending to done.
Flutter app for on-property staff: sign-in and profile, a queue of cleaning and turnover tasks, task detail with room, property, and status stepper (start → mark done), and before/after photo capture from camera or gallery.
- Tasks queue — pending, in progress, and done with property context
- Task detail — status stepper and primary actions to start or complete
- Photos — before and after slots for proof of work
- Account — staff session with supporting auth shell routes
How We Made It Simple
Each role only sees its slice: HQ sees the portfolio, guests see discovery and their trips, staff see today’s rooms. Direct bookings write into the same HQ stay record, so nobody re-keys a confirmation from an email or OTA export.
- One property and booking model across web and mobile
- Role- and property-scoped HQ instead of one dashboard for everyone
- Guest booking confirmation is the HQ reservation — no second entry
- Housekeeping status and photos replace turnover chase on chat
