The Complexity — Real-Time Booking Without Double-Bookings
Clinic booking sounds straightforward until concurrent patients hit the same slot. Google Calendar sync, atomic slot reservation, branded email confirmations, disease and remedy content pages, SEO across every route, and JSON-LD structured data for medical search results — all on a stack that stays fast under real traffic.

The Solution — Next.js Booking Engine on Vercel
We built a Next.js 14 site with server-side rendering for fast loads and strong SEO. A Redis layer reserves slots atomically before Google Calendar commits the booking. Patients get instant email confirmation; the doctor manages availability from tools they already use. Deployed on Vercel with edge caching and automatic HTTPS.
